day 1
Let's go travel!!!
Four hours before your flight, your Chauffeur will pick you up at you residence and drive you to the airport, where our concierge team will be waiting for you. Our porters will assist with your luggage and our concierge will assist you and your family through check in procedures, X ray and Costumes, till VIP lounge. Once boarding is almost closing, you’re concierge will escort you from the lounge to the boarding gate.

day 2
Arrival day
Arrival at Johannesboug Airport and connection flight to Botswana (Maun International Airport). Your arrival is estimated to 1:45pm. Your concierge will be waiting just after you leave aircraft sleeve, and will escort you through emigration and luggage, and take you to your Helicopter. Short flight and you'll be arriving to Nxabega Okavango Tented Camp.
Enjoy a light meal at the terrace before you have time to rest before dinner time
Dinner will be served at 7pm.
day 3
Game day
Breakfast will be served in the terrace at 7am.
Today we’ll explore the thrilling wildlife diversity of this large private concession on exclusive morning and afternoon game drives that continue after sunset. The varied landscape also lends itself to a wealth of bird species which includes the exciting possibility of sighting the elusive Pel’s fishing owl after nightfall.
Lunch and dinner will be served during the game.
day 4
Delta wetland
Breakfast will be served in the terrace at 7am.
Today we'll have a catch-and-release fishing excursions take place in the Panhandle region, where the Okavango River feeds into the labyrinth of channels and lagoons that make up the heart of the Delta wetland. Try your hand at catching an engaging variety of fish that include the predatory tiger fish.
Lunch will be served during the excursion and we'll return to the camp around 4pm
Dinner will be served at 7pm.
day 5
Helicopter safari
Breakfast will be served in the terrace at 7am.
Today we'll take you to a full day helicopter safari. With many of the Delta’s remote areas generally inaccessible, an aerial perspective is one of the best ways to get a true feeling for the Delta’s vast land-water spaces. You'll be able to choose where you want to stop to explore, rest or have lunch.
We'll return to the camp around 4pm
Dinner will be served at 7pm.
day 6
Relax
Breakfast will be served in your tent at 8am.
Free day to relax and enjoy the camp.
Lunch will be served at 1pm and dinner at 7pm

Departure day
Time to enjoy the last minuts, as at 10am your helicopter will be there to pick you up and take you to Maun International Airport.
Our airport staff will be waiting to assist you with and luggage from helicopter to airport check in. He will also escort you through X Ray and Emigration, up to the VIP lounge. Once boarding is almost finishing, he will escort you to the boarding gate.
After this 1h40m flight you'll arrive at Johannesbourg International Airport. Time to change flights and board your flight back home.

Back home
Our concierge will be waiting just after you leave aircraft sleeve, and will escort you through emigration and luggage, and take you outside, where your chauffeur will be waiting to meet you. Porters will assist with your luggage, and your Chauffeur will drive you home.
