One of our longest-serving travelers was preparing for a trip to Monaco to meet with one of his most important clients, a very affluent individual, when he received an invitation for the client's anniversary. In a panic, he reached out for assistance, as he struggled to find a gift for "someone who has everything."

We spent about an hour discussing his client's interests, and we discovered he had a passion for Fado music and a particular singer. With this information, we successfully contacted her manager and persuaded him to arrange for a signed Portuguese guitar and all her DVDs.

However, the challenge was that she was heading to the U.S. for several shows, so we needed to convince her manager to take the items and bring them back signed.

In short, we managed to deliver the signed guitar and DVDs on time, and our traveler's client described the gift as a "surreal gift."
